How do I choose a size?
Check the available sizes and any garment measurements on the product page. Compare them with a similar garment you own. If a measurement you need is missing, email support@maxandivy.com before ordering.
What comes with the selected item?
Your purchase includes the clothing, matching set or footwear described for the selected option. Styling accessories shown in the photographs are not included unless expressly listed.
How long will delivery take?
Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–6 business days. Total estimated delivery: 4–8 business days. Standard delivery costs $5.99 USD. The delivery estimate applies to your clothing order. It includes handling and carrier transit; weekends and public holidays can affect the arrival date.
What if I need to return something?
Request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery. We do not charge a restocking fee. You pay return postage for a change of mind. We cover return postage for an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Keep the garment unwashed and unaltered, with its supplied tags and components, while you check the fit. Email us before sending a return.
